When will my order ship?

All glass cup and tumbler orders are pre order items and will take anywhere between 3-4 weeks to process. Any other item purchased will take 5-10 business days!

PLEASE NOTE: Sometimes shipping time may delay due to content going viral and an influx of orders.

** If your order contains a PREORDER item, please expect all items to ship within pre order times**

Will my order have tracking?

 Yes, when order if fulfilled you will be emailed a tracking number.

 

What can I do if I need a refund on my order?

If your pre ordered item has not shipped, please contact me within 7 days of the date the order was placed to receive a full refund. Any refund after the 7-day period will receive only 30% of the refund.

If your non-preorder item has not shipped yet, please contact me by email and I will be happy to provide a full refund!

 

What if a product arrives damaged?

If you order arrives damaged or is broken, please contact me within one week of delivery. Please attach a photo of the damage, your order number and I will be more than happy to replace the item and provide you with a coupon code for your next purchase. Unfortunately, there will be no refunds on damaged or broken items.

 

What if my package was marked as "DELIVERED" but I did not receive it?

We recommend contacting your local USPS post office or local UPS. Local offices will be able to provider more up to date information after the packages leaves our care. If they cannot provide any information please file a claim about your lost/stolen package. Please contact us and we will be more than happy to assist to the best of our abilities with issues about your package.
